The studio space (The harvest space)

Site - South bank of Brahmaputra river, Guwahati.
Client - Jeevan Kite festival.
2016.
A spatial intervention on the river bank to create forms consumed by people to revisit memories and past. Raw, folk, ritualistic, utilitarian, accessibility, and complex forms that ignite the story of lived and rejected everyday.
This project was an aesthetic response and intervention which reveal the multiple views and multilayered interactions.
The context of this spatial intervention was the river bank – a space “in between’’ (land and water) – and in constant flux, a harvest site – a needful space getting reduced in time.
