PASTORAL FANTASY - an collaborative and interactive art project.
May and June, 2010.
Site - Nadaon, Buxar, Bhihar, India.

This work is the outcome of the landscape and a wish to stretch the idea of ‘self’ towards the nativity, vernacular-ism and locality, through the process blur nostalgia is converted into rough and fragile form of everyday art.
The aim of the work was to create the situation of surprises, curiosity, performance conditions, and feeling of something hidden, something layered and something other.
This aesthetic process was weaved in the context of a village and dry and red landscape, – a reduced and conflicted agricultural space and a space of cultural leftovers.
